All orders are shipped via Thailand Post, which offers the best balance of delivery speed and cost.
Order processing
Once your payment is received, your order status will change to “Processing” — this means we’ve begun preparing your parcel. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Each order is carefully packed to protect it during transit and then handed over to Thailand Post for shipment.
We’ll send you an email as your order status changes, and you can track your parcel using the tracking link we provide or on any tracking website you prefer.
Delivery times
The average delivery time is 7–21 days, depending on destination. According to Universal Postal Union regulations, the maximum guaranteed delivery time is 2 months. If your order does not arrive within that period, you may choose either a free reshipment or a full refund. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us.
Weight limits
- Minimum parcel weight: 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg (44 lbs)
- Note: for some countries the maximum allowable weight is 10 kg (22 lbs) due to local postal restrictions.
Customs & import duties
Certain countries limit the maximum declared value of imported parcels. If your order exceeds that limit, customs fees or import duties may apply. Customs rules vary by country and may cause parcels to be delayed, held, or returned.
Samunprai Online Store is not responsible for packages refused, detained, or charged by customs authorities. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to verify import regulations and any possible fees.
Returned parcels & refunds
If your order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
- restricted or prohibited product,
- incorrect shipping address,
- unpaid customs duties, or
- refusal to accept the parcel,
— we will refund the total order amount, excluding the original shipping fee.
