All orders are shipped via Thai Post, which offers the best balance of delivery time and cost.
Once payment has been received, your order will be marked as "Processing" to indicate that we have started processing your order. This usually takes 1-3 business days. Your order will be packaged and protected from potential damage and sent to the post office for shipment. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the package once it is shipped. The standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks, however, in accordance with Thailand Post regulations, the guaranteed delivery time is 2 months. Therefore, if you do not receive your order within this timeframe, we offer two options: a free reshipment or a full refund. Our reputation is important to us.
The minimum weight for a shipment is 100 grams (3.5 oz) while the maximum is 20 kilograms (44 lbs), except for some countries where the maximum weight is 10 kilograms (22 lbs).
It's important to note that certain countries have regulations regarding the maximum value of shipments, and exceeding this limit will result in customs fees. Customs regulations vary from country to country and may result in your order being subject to import duties, delayed, or even returned.
