Stir fried crab curry (Pu Pad Pong Curry)

✅ Prepare 150 grams of crab meat or 200-300 grams of whole crabs (other seafood such as shrimp, scallops, squid, and fish can be substituted), diced 1/2 onion, chopped green onion, and Chinese celery as desired.

✅ Whisk together 1 egg, 4 tablespoons water and the contents of this packet.

✅ Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan, add crab and stir-fry slowly.

✅ Add the egg mixture and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onion and Chinese celery.

✅ Add fish sauce to taste and serve with cooked rice.
